Christopher Tyler, a doctoral student in Mechanical Engineering, is the winner of the 2013-2014 Siemens Energy Masters Scholars scholarship. This scholarship was established through EPIC with funds provided by Siemens Energy in an effort to assist the Lee College of Engineering in attracting and retaining top graduate students enrolled in an energy engineering program curriculum, or those conducting graduate-level research on energy engineering related topics. The program selects one graduate student per academic year to receive the award of the $30,000 scholarship.

Christopher Tyler is a student of Dr. Tony Schmitz, Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Science.
